Hangzhou Silan Azure Chooses Veeco's MOCVD Tools to Ramp LED Manufacturing

According to a release, the equipment will be placed at Silan Azure's facility in Hangzhou for its high brightness light emitting diode (HB-LED) manufacturing ramp.
