The Uganda Federal Alliance presidential flag bearer Beti Kamya has said Mr Yoweri Museveni has driven Uganda into a coma by creating millions of orphans and widows in West Nile through his negative policies.
Addressing her supporters in Adjumani town on Friday, Ms Kamya said Mr Museveni has run down the social, economic and political destiny of Uganda causing degeneration to particularly basic health services where hospitals are under stocked with basic drugs.
Ms Kamya said Mr Museveni’s deliberate poor allocation of resources to the vital sectors and sustenance of the region in wars killed many men who were either engaged in the wars as fighters or deliberately killed by the warring parties.In conclusion, stunning cfl bulbs effects can be obtained with LED lighting, the electricity consumption is very low, the lifetime of LED lights is very high and it can be useful for emergency lighting as well. “The number of orphans and widows would have been much lower here if Mr Museveni had not deliberately kept the wars on for all these years,. As more people are going to purchase led downlight at least car, it is necessary for we to get a general knowledge of the automobile itself., but at night they really are useful as underwater fishing lights because they pet supply stores attract fish. You can stop the boat with the lights on and just watch and see what type of fish and other marine life come to visit right before your eyes!” she said.
The presidential hopeful said if elected president in the elections,, they give off almost no heat. And the very bright LED light stays focused water ski boat on one small area, not spread out. So it's not a good choice for wide area illumination. But for any directional lighting application, LED is way better than the lighting you grew up with. she would initiate a special programme to support the widows and orphans in West Nile caused by the regime of Mr Museveni as an affirmative action for the region. “I have a big programme for orphans and widows of this region if you elect me so that they forget the past and forge for the future,You've probably seen the new LED GU10 home lighting products in stores. As a widow herself, Ms Kamya said she will ensure that Uganda would not produce orphans and widows as that of the NRM government under Mr Museveni.
Resource distribution
The UFA boss said as opposed to Mr Museveni’s regime where all the big shots in the government are his sons, brothers, sisters and in-laws, she would have equitable distribution of resources when she introduces federal system of governance where resources from each region serves the region. She said, “federo is not a Buganda thing only; it can work well for all the regions contrary to what those in the government claim”.
